The balance between social life & professional life

In this world of globalization and privatization, we work almost all the time throughout the day, we
rarely get time for ourself and our family, in this hustle working life schedule we forget to live the life,
we think that if we earn more, it will be a great life to live but we forget one important thing that is
ourself, we forget to live, we forget that time never comes back, we do not realize that  this time is not
going to come again, it is very important to make a balance between work and life, work is important
to live a good life, but if we do not live that life, what's the point to earn and spend our hard-earned
money on hospital bills. It became necessary to maintain a  balance in work and social life so that we
live and enjoy a good life. 


For a satisfied and happy life we are more diverted towards our Career life and neglect other parts of
life includes Social Life, health, friends, and family, but the sad reality is that there is no ideal life that
exists without Social life. This always plays an important role in life not only for a career But Even
Survival also does not exist without Social life, Health, friends, and family. To live an ideally happy
life there should be a healthy balance between working life and Social life.
The hectic Corporate Culture has actually imbalanced our life balance and we fail to give equal
importance to each part of our life. A good life is basically an amalgamation of both monetary as well
as emotional prosperity where we cannot devoid of any one of them. Work-life completes our survival
needs of food, water, and shelter whereas emotional needs of safety, love, belongings, health, and
self-esteem we get from Social Life.



How to Track life Balance:


The next big question is how can we track our life balance, is we need to visit the doctor? , Is we need
to ask someone else? .The Answer is No; we just need retrospection of our daily hours.
for this Use a diary to track how we spend the hours of your workday as well as holiday. Draw a clock
on the dairy and divide hours into categories like- work, family, fun, health hours. This is obvious that
you will get some flaws in an hour’s distribution category. Now take a decision where we can save time
for our social life. Try to eliminate unimportant tasks and complete important tasks on time.


Causes of Life imbalance


There is numerous Sad reality of life which Divert our life from balance, satisfying life to unbalance life,
very few and basic are as below:

Society-

This is true that our social life gets affected by Society because society sets an unrealistic, the difficult
the target for us to full fill all of them our brain works in a single direction to achieve that target.

Extreme Ambition-

Social media platform like Instagram and Facebook shows us a false image of life that other people live.
In an illusion to get the same life we set difficult tasks for our-self which causes great unnecessary stress.

Desperate for perfection-

We try to complete every task with perfection either at the workplace or outside which requires more time.


Improve Life balance


Nobody can help you to improve your life balance you need to track and balance it by yourself. You
need to bring a few changes in your life to make your life balance as below:

Small steps -

To bring changes in your life you need to take time. Set 1-2 changes in your daily schedule for 2-3 weeks,
because new changes never come in a day or night, it takes time. Move from baby steps to bring a big new
change in life. if you set big targets you will be burnout or exhausted which causes great distress.

Track daily schedule-

Track your daily schedule with hour’s distribution technique and try to complete an important task on a
timely basis and try to save time from the unimportant task.

Timely breaks -

Try to maintain breaks between two tasks so that your mind gets time to relax or try to maintain small
breaks after an hour of work.

Health and sports activity-

We should regularly keep some space for sports and health-related activities. At last in hard reality, I
would like to say Work is a never-ending process and thus for a happy life, we need to maintain a healthy
balance between our working life and social life.
